Tightly curled organic Tie Guanyin leaves, with flavours of walnut, caramel, vanilla and a hint of chocolate, open up in hot water into large dancing tea leaves orchestrated by sweet nutty flavoured that play out well in many infusions.
Blenders Notes: Notes of creamy caramel and walnut paired with the toasted butter flavour of the Oolong creates a smooth sweet infusion. There is a depth of flavour despite the light colour of the infusion and the leaves can be re-steeped numerous times without losing all the flavour. The nutty flavour lingers in the mouth long after the tea has been sipped.
