Silent Book Club® - Edmonton Chapter

Gathering together in a safe, welcoming space and finding friends who share some of your interests matters to us at DCBC, and we began meeting together to read books quietly and then I learned about the Silent Book Club®. SBC is a global organization launched by 2 best friends in 2015 with the goal of creating a global bookish community through a love of reading together. 

I reached out to them and applied to become a chapter in their incredible story. Their name and their mission is not to be thrown around casually, a lot of work and attention goes into creating a well-organized group that includes more than 2000 chapters in 57 countries!! We are honored to be given permission to use their logo and direct curious readers to their global initiative.

BYOB (Bring Your Own Book), and join us a the table to read and have gentle chatter (if you wish), make new friends, and delight your tastebuds with yummy food or drink. Reservations can be made at each location to secure your spot!
